Rental Rates are as follows:

$120.00 – Nightly; Two night minimum. Year round.
$480.00 – Weekly; December through May 1st
$828.75 – Weekly; May through Labor Day week
$620.00 – Weekly; After Labor Day through Nov. 30th

We offer a Military Discount – $50.00 off of the price of your stay for any current or veteran soldier.

A pet friendly crate is provided for your use while you are away from your pet; or you are welcome to bring one of your own from home.

That there will be a $30.00 charge for returned checks. Also deposits are not refundable if cancellation within 3 weeks of reservation and there is a $50.00 charge if you do not show for your reservation.

Beginning January 1, 2012, there will be an additional charge of 4% occupancy tax as well as the 8% sales tax charge.

We appreciate very much that there be no smoking INSIDE the cabin, but you may smoke outside.
